The ISO9 consulting team works closely with our Account Managers to provide you with the most comprehensive and efficient service to ensure the seamless transition of your quality documentation into a fully automated QMS.

From the moment you decide to work with ISO9, you are assigned a dedicated consultant who serves as your comprehensive knowledge resource on our application and ISO 9000. Your consultant becomes your primary resource, who will work closely with you to provide your company a customized project plan. On a weekly basis, your consultant will supply you with an updated project plan that outlines assigned projects and deadlines so you are informed of every action, every step of the way.

Our consulting services offer you as much or as little support as you feel you need. You can access your remote consulting services via the phone or email whenever you need assistance. For a customer who is an active user and quick learner of the ISO9 application, and has a basic understanding of the standard, the time spent on the phone with an ISO9 consultant is less than one hour a week. That hour may be a once-a-week, pre-scheduled meeting or it may be a number of smaller, unscheduled phone calls with specific questions. For those not as familiar with our application or ISO 9000, your consultant will spend as much time as you need to ensure the successful creation and implementation of your QMS.

As your knowledge resource, your consultant can assist you with everything from opinions on editing your documents, to insight and guidance on a specific procedure, to educating you on the ISO9 application and the latest updates. At ISO9, we like to consider our consultants the Indiana Jones of the ISO 9000 consulting world – your guide through the jungles of documentation, records and information that goes into creating a world-class QMS.

The ISO9 consultants are more than just scheduled phone calls; they are available to answer any questions you may have whenever you need it, by phone or email. Our email service has proven to be very effective with our customers, providing the ability to have questions or issues addressed within an hour, and concerns or problems solved the right way the first time.
